Has Anybody Attempted ...

What a great and simple idea on the t-shirts - nothing elaborate needed.

We are sooooooooo going to do -- when I get back - will post a photo or two :)

My daughter and I just did this last month. Our aim was to ride at least one ride and eat at least one cupcake in each park.

We started off with Animal Kingdom and arrived in time for 9am opening. We headed straight to Expedition Everest but, sadly, it was closed due ot technical problems. We stood in line for about 10 minutes but when there was no sign of it opening again, we had to admit defeat. We debated trying another ride but we had booked our FP+ at our next park so really needed to get moving. We then went to Kusafiri Bakery for a cupcake, only to be told they don't get the cupcakes until after 11. Eventually, we managed to get a Cotton-Top Tamarin cupcake from a kiosk on the way out of the park.

We got the bus to DHS, where we did Towere of Terror and Rock n Roller Coaster, then had a St Patrick's day cupcake from Starring Rolls, rode Toy Story Midway Mania, then left and caught the friendship boat to Boardwalk. We were staying at the villas so we popped back to pick up some sun cream and get a drink of water, then went to the Boardwalk Bakery and had a Oreo cupcake.

We walked to epcot and went straight to Future World, rode Mission:Space and Spaceship Earth, then went to Sunshine Seasons and had a Lemon cupcake.

Then we caught the monrail to Magic Kingdom and rode Buzz Lightyear. We had dinner at be Our Guest and had the Lemon cupcake for dessert.

We were both pretty tired and a bit sick of cupcakes by now :rotfl: Our original plan had been to stay for the parade and fireworks but instead we got the monorail to the Contemporary, where we wanted to get the Frozen cupcake (we were going to save it and have it for breakfast the next morning) but a gentleman in front of us go thte last one. So we just went back to Boardwalk.

It was a great day and we had a fabulous time. I am so glad we did it, it felt like a real achievement and was a lot of fun.

Hope you enjoy your adventure just as much :thumbsup2

I love your idea of a cupcake in each park - I may change the rules a bit and have a signature dessert in each park. Love to hear some ideas :wave2:

Animal Kingdom - ?

DHS - in the bookstore they have those carrot cake cookies - forget what they are called

Epcot - perhaps a beavertail at canada ... or a crepe in France

Magic Kingdom - would have to be a Dole Whip .... Right!!!

If you search around I think a few years back someone did Magic Kingdom in Orlando in the morning and Disneyland California in the evening. He showed the tickets with same date in the post. Now that is crazy!!!!:hyper:

Now I wonder if anybody has done two parks on two different continents -- within 24 hours? :rotfl2:

We did 3 parks and a waterpark with a 13, 10, and 7 year old about 2 years ago. We weren't even onsite. We had a cab grab us at Hard Rock Hotel around 6am, made rope drop, we skipped Animal Kingdom. Had annual passes.. Ended the day at DTD for some Godiva Hot Chocolate around 11pm. We paid for it the next morning, but wow was it fun. Almost like our own personal amazing race.

Wow - That must have been very memorable - mixing the waterpark into the equation offers a totally different challenge.

Do it, do it! It's a fun rush! Although I would recommend doing it towards the end of your trip b/c it is one tiring day. If they decide to allow hopping with FP+ it would make things even easier.

Yes - I agree on the FP+ - it was the first thing I realized when we started planning. I had to outline to the kids, how this is not going to be a good day to ride attractions - but rather do something challenging and memorable.
