I explained that we were only going to have two days in Anaheim so I needed a late flight out the second day to Honolulu and 2 day tickets to
Disneyland. They got the 2 day ticket but booked out flight at 12:30, even though in our initial discussion I gave them the flight numbers, airline, and time of the flights I needed.

Also there were charges at the hotel that are not covered when you book, so although the price may seem much cheaper, the desk clerk explained that Expedia never lets customers know about additional charges that must be paid at check-in.
The second time we booked just hotel reservations, assuming Expedia would, as advertised, have the lowest price available. Through a mistake by the hotel when we checked in, we discovered that a much lower price was available. I phoned Expedia about this and they would not make any changes.
