i just booked a 5 day rental for a dodge neon for $107 dec 1 to the 6 has anyone used enterprise on world center dr. how are they and do they pick you up at the disney resorts?
Hmm, i can only comment with Enterprise as a whole. Enterprise is an alright company. Ive never had a problem with employees, there rates are usually very competitive and they usually deliver what they promise. I do, however have a large problem, which usually diverts me from using them, with their vehicles. Ive had every stain riden, smoked in, 40k mile rental car from Enterprise that you could imagine. The worst was a "luxury" Cadillac DeVille with 41,000 miles, burn marks from Ciggirettes, and a pair of front tires that looked like they had 200k miles on them (obviously someone had been doing donuts or burnouts). As far as picking you up at Disney resorts, as long as you are within 10 miles of their office (i believe thats the rule ) they will pick you up, and sometimes even process the paperwork on site, which has happend to me a few times....
The one on World drive and, I believe, the one on Irlo Bronson both pick up from the WDW resorts. You can call directly to those locations and they can confirm that they pick up from the resorts.
I like Enterpise. I've never had a bad car rental experience from them. All of the cars I have gotten have been clean and nice. I find their rates to be very competitive.
I agree with what Disneyjosh said about the conditions of the cars. While never having a problem with the rates and how they conduct their business at my location here in NC its just that their cars are just plain nasty. The last vehicle was so bad that I almost didnt take it and if they would have had another vehicle available I wouldnt have took it. It was a 06 Impala that had cigerette burns, smelled nasty, many scratches and just looked worn out even though it just had ,if I can recall, 12,000 miles. The in laws rented a Dodge Caravan a couple years ago to go to NY and refused it because of bad tires in the front. I've rented from Hertz, Triangle , Budget and a local Ford dealer and all their vehicles were fine. Maybe its just my location with Enterprise. If you do rent from them just take a real good look at the vehicle and notate all the problems.
