After calling 3 different numbers I got a real person on the phone (btw it was 714-781-7290) to ask the question that we all keep asking,
"Do I really have to be there 30 minutes before my time slot?"
The CM I talked to read to me directly from a FAQ sheet that they have been given out recently to answer our exact question. It stated that you can check in 30 minutes before your start time up to 30 minutes before the end time of your assigned time slot. So my time slot is 10am - 3pm. They say I can show up as early as 9:30 or as late as 2:30. I don't want to lead anyone wrong or be responsible for a miss so that is why I posted the phone # that I called this afternoon. I read her my e-mail twice & she assured me that they did this because they want us to come & see the ride. They understand, especially for me, the traffic
and schedules & it was not their intention to have everyone given that time slot to all show up @ the same time.
So there you go! Makes me happy and hopefully a few more of you will be able to go to your winning time slot!

Sue
