Does anyone have any of the fashion sets? DD just saw them in the TRU ad and thinks they look neat. I think that it would be fun, but I don't know if she'll be disappointed that her Barbies can't actually wear the fashions. What do you think about them?

My 9 yr old loves hers. Its all about the fashion and accessorizing around here. She saw the package that comes with a digital camera, but I refused to buy it for her birthday. I'm sure our regular digital camera takes much better pictures.

I have a 13 yr old niece who also likes to design with this set.

They are not barbie doll fashions. You have a doll stand that you dress up with the pieces of fabric. My 6 yr old got them for her bday in May and LOVES them. She has bought a few more sets to add to it. You stick the fabric in the back of the doll. It really is just fashion designing. Does that make sense? If not PM me and I can get hers out tomorrow and take some pics of it for you!

is 11.. she is a math/books/non-creative kind of kid. She has sat with these for hours at a time.

It's amazing what you can do with it. We'll probably get another kit for Christmas.

My 11 yo DD loves these too. Just got some for her birthday last week. TRU is supposed to have them 25% off according to their big book.
