Harry Potter Theme Park @ Univeral???

Does anyone have any information regarding the new park Universal is building....I hear its all themed: Harry Potter!

If you search back a couple of weeks you can find threads about it.

Despite what the news picked up on, it is NOT a full theme park, but a new land at IOA, 20 acres worth...it should still be nice. No word on new rides or specifics yet.
