I got your letter. I can't wait to be at Hogwarts myself, it sound like fun. I hope you're well. You sounded good in your letter.
Things are going pretty smoothly here. Dad's being kind of strict as normal, but hey, it's Dad. Dad decided to paint our rooms. He painted his room maroon, and he threatened to paint yours pink. But I told him that a royal ble, a navy, or a pale blue would go better with your Ravenclaw wall hangings. This persuaded him, and your room is a nice shade of baby blue. But now Dad says that when I get chosen for my hogwarts house, my room will be my house color. I just hope I don't become a Hufflepuff. It'd be cool to have a red, blue or green room, but yellow? Not so cool.
My Quidditch team won our last game! We're the champs! Coach took us out and we got ice cream. It was amazing! Dad has some pictures, but I couldn't send them. Speaking of Quidditch, you gotta tell me when tryouts are! Good luck! You'll make it, I know you will. You're my awesome Quidditch-acing big sis.
Cedric must think you're coming home soon. At night he still sleeps with me, but during the day he sleeps on your bed or in your chair. Guess he thinks he's keeping it warm for you!
I hope you're having fun. You gotta tell me everything! Have you beaten anyone up yet? How's the food? I can't wait to try it! Are your classes cool or lame? Have you learned any cool spells to show me yet? It's okay if you haven't yet, Christmas is a while off.
