Heromine is book smart, Harry is practical smart. He taught Heromine everything she knows in his Defense Against the Black Arts classes.

I think Hermione would have Harry scrambling, and would win on points, if it made it through all the rounds. But Harry would do something unexpected and instinctual and win with a TKO.

This is a difficult question. Hermione's smart and knows more spells but Harry is better at practical situations.
All in all, I'd go with a tie.

Hermione could win if she were unencumbered by empathy and morality. Harry would win because he rates highly in narcissism and impulsiveness.

In a duel Hermione would inevitably hold back at the crucial moment whereas Harry would not.
