I think he's dead.
I'm probably the only person who can accept this.
He's my least favorite character in the book.
He's dead, and it's been explained as to why he won't come back in ghost form. If he wasn't dead, I believe he would have turned up in the sixth book.

I think that veil in the ministry led to the chamber of death(or that's what I've heard I mean JK wasn't very clear on details in that book I had to do a lot of double takes.)

And About RAB we must remember that on his note it said that he would be dead by the time you read this.

i think that the last horcroux is harrys scar so they will probably have to kill harry in order to kill Voldemort.so i think both harry and voldemort are going to die

I don't think Voldemort intended for Harry to get the scar so I don't think it could be a horcrux but maybe.

I think that the Mirror of Erised from book one will be the seventh horcrux. It has clawed feet, linking it to Ravenclaw. That's a guess though. I also think that Voldemort will have made an eighth horcrux because he knows that the diary was destroyed. He has to replace it to maintain a seven part soul.

that's cool! I have all the books signed by J.K. Rowling. I think that Harry won't kill Voldemort, though. But I do think Ginny or Ron will die.
