Harry potter early entry ????

I'M CONFUSED If you stay at a Univer. Resort -- and you get issued a " Fass Pass" what is all the Hype about getting their --- at like 7 am --- Rope Drop >>>>

Staying at a Universal resort gives you express pass.Which is good at all rides and shows ..EXCEPT- Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ,Ollivanders Wand shop and Pteranodon flyers..

So you can not use it on the Harry Potter ride or the wand shop at all.Hence the reason easrly entry is beneficial.You can ride it with minimal waits in that hour.Once the park opens to all those 2 attractions build wait times fast

one of the hotel perks is the early entry to ioa.
you are let in one hour before the park officially opens.

if opening time for the park is at 8, onsite hotel guests can enter at 7.
you'll see a sign for which turnstiles to use to enter early.
you do show your hotel key to the TM.


some that stay onsite prefer to be in line early and enter parry hotter land right when the park opens. maybe that is why they line up very early.

the earliest i go to the wait entrance line for early entry is 7:45 when the park opens at 8 for the hotel guests.


you don't get issued a fass pass at the darkside.
once you check in to the hotel, you take your hotel key card to the kiosk in the lobby.
you follow the instructions for creating a picture express pass that you must use for the express lines in the park.
