Good deals from Harris Teeter, Tripling all face value coupons up to .99 cents and tripling up to 2.98. Making many items free.

Ive got a few coupons from the All You August issue and the September issue, there are countless Coupon Databases (Afullcup.com , Couponwithcents, Coupon Divas) they have printable coupons, or even show where you can find the coupons to make the items free.

Here are a few deals I have from printable coupons:

Hormel Chili - Free
Sara Lee Bread - 34 cents
Kikkoman Soy Sauce - free!
Mahatma rice - 5 cents!
Frenchs Mustard - free!

These are just a couple of ideas. So far it looks like my total bill will be about 150 and paying 60 out of pocket after coupons. and if you sign up for EVic you get even more deals!

The triple coupons goes from 9/14 to 9/20!

I will be right there at HT in the AM shopping too. Have to shop my way to Disney. :lmao: Family thinks sister and I are crazy for it...but I guess that is why we go to Disney and they go to the fair every year.

What coupons did you get in your paper for the stove top stuffing???? I am trying to find the ones that will make it close to free...ours had 1.00 off 2! i hate that!!! Also did you know on afullcup that there is a HT forum that has a list of match ups? They have been working on it for a few days and they have alot of IP's you can get to get things this week. I just hope the store stays stocked up!!!

I have a coupon for $2.00 off. Will I get $2.00 or $2.97 off the item? Thanks.

I stopped in there this morning as soon as I got my boys on the bus and they were already out of the Sara Lee bread, but I still saved 65%. I got two loaves of Nature's own bread for .04 each, that was my best deal. But I wasn't looking for really cheap items as much as I was getting more expensive items that we use/eat regularly for much less, like Sensodyne toothpaste. It was on sale for $3.99 and I used a .75 off coupon so I got it for $1.74 which is a great price for that.

Overall I was pleased and the only thing on my list that they were out of was the Sara Lee bread so not too bad.

My mom and I are heading out within the hour to go to HT and use our coupons. Like using 55 cents off one Muellers pasta, and HT has 4 boxes for 5 bucks with VIC card. So that makes it free. My father loves pasta.

We have more than our 20 allotted but my moms card an mine have different addresses on them so we're splitting our orders in two.

As far as the stuffing, I saw the 1.00 off two too. Wouldn't know where else to find one for under a 1.00. Probably try looking up the manufacturer of the stuffing and go directly to their site. That's how I found the pasta coupon, and a few others.

My local store that we're shopping as is the Harris Teeter in Durham, NC so i'm close to a few of ya'll (judging by locations you guys have posted). If you know who Faye Prosser (sp?) is she is the coupon queen from WRAL Tv Smartshopper. If you go to Wral.com and look for Smartshopper she has the links posted and even a coupon matchup. Also if you havent gone yet, her seminars are very informational. So far if our coupons go well today we'll have 105$ worth of groceries for 35$.

More money to save for our december trip!

Sometimes stocking up on the really cheap things helps. Sometimes if you are couponing to save money because of layoff ect...then you find the deals you can find. Also if you want to get use to couponing then you use any that you can find. Also if you know someone that don't use coupons, maybe you could traid them...say free pasta for their coupons each week or what have you. I got the small size sensodyne toothpaste 3 months ago free at the walmart...but that is a good price for that kind of toothpaste.

My sister and I always shop together. We are at two diffrent places. She works out the deals and I cut the coupons. That is what I am doing now. Did they put the new coupons up on Muellers??? Last time I was on there they were not on there. I need to stock up on pasta for the winter.

We have more than our 20 allotted but my moms card an mine have different addresses on them so we're splitting our orders in two.

We always take more then 40 (20 each) because you never know when they will be out of something.

They had it in one of the papers somewhere in this country but I dont know what one. I hate that they cant put the same coupon/coupon amount in every paper.

The people at my HT thinks my sister is crazy she can get a $105 bill down to under $5.00. There are times that she has to buy something just so that the order is not a negative.

More money to save for our december trip!

that is when we are going. When are you going & what resort??? We are going 12/11-17 and staying at POP.

Kimber, the Muellers site has a new coupon up .55 cents off and like I said HT has it for 4/5$ which makes it free. It will ring up on the coupons as [coupon : .55 multiplied coupon :.70 ] because the store i shopped at can't do more than the value of the product. If you put in your email (i use an email thats meant just for signing up for coupons and newsletters.) it will email you within 24 hours and a link to the coupon. It's a roundabout way, but free pasta is free pasta. There is no limit on the coupon, I printed out multiple copies. I believe Harris Teeter has a limit though like 4 per household.

And we're going December 17-23rd staying at All Star Sports. Booked two rooms with a major military discount. So we're saving a lot versus going the week of Christmas.

Also, if anyone has Android or Iphone, they have an App called CheckPoints. They give you rewards for using coupons, and scanning items that go towards grocery certificates, or gift cards. We saved a total of 89 dollars today because they had a 20% off specialty cheeses too (my dad loves Gjetost cheese) and we had a few free coupons for Pantene shampoo. Then we paid with a gift card from the Checkpoints thing (10.00 gift card from harris teeter) and took our total down to 60.00 plus tax for the whole order.

I know all tooooo well the muellers site with the coupon. When I first found it I printed out A LOT of them. However I have idiot family members that don't know much about computer websites to get the coupon so they kept coming and taking our pasta. Last time I had checked their site the coupon was not there. So I will have to print some out tonight when I get to work. HT will only let you use 2 of the coupons for it each day. But if you have them and Food Lion has them on sale you can get them cheap and they will let you use up to 20 at one time. Last time I printed them out they had the 1.00 off one coupon on there so I had a boat load free, but like I said idiot family members thinks my house is their grocrey store!!!

You will just be getting there when we are leaving. Military discount was a better deal then the free dining? Well they changed the dates so I guess you cant get that deal now.

I was there last night and saved about $46 from an $82 original bill. They were all out of a couple of things that I wanted like the cake mix but I will try again today. I put that amount in my Disney fund this morning.

I got a really good deal on Orange juice. Simply Juice is $2.77 with VIC card and then Swagbucks had a coupon for $1.00 off. Not free but pretty good for OJ.

I also got some stuff that I didn't have a coupon for but needed so my bill could have been a whole lot less. Love triple coupon week.

I had a pretty good HT run last night. I have three near me, so I went to two. At the first, I bought meat and a couple things for dinner along with using 11 coupons and paid $27. The were not well stocked, so I decided to visit another in hopes of using my other nine coupons. At the second, I used nine coupons, got 11 items and spent $2.16!

Free or nearly free, I got two Kashi frozen dinners, four Greek yogurts, three bottles Barilla marinara sauce, Twizzlers, cake mix, icing, dishwashing liquid, paper napkins, brown sugar, chips, dijon mustard and blackbean "burgers." I also got really good deals on stuffed bagels and bacon.

Local Harris Teeter here allowed 4 coupons for like items. We used 4 muellers coupons, and a few dawn coupons (taking those down to 24 cents a piece). This is directly from the site: We double up to three identical items with manufacturer coupon; additional coupons for like item will be honored at face value. Like items include all flavors. - They had no problem accepting our four coupons, but that's because we had a bit of a problem initially trying to get them to triple instead of double.

Also, our military discount for room only was 35% on Value resorts. It was supposed to be 30%. But when we did the book online our rates were going to be 115.00 on weekdays, 125.00 on weekends. But the daily rates that we got on the phone was 66.50 weekdays, 73.50 weekend. Which amounts to the 35%. Also we're going to buy our tickets at Shades of Green under the promotional rate, which ends up being a better deal instead of doing a MYW package. So total, our vacation will run around 1800 (we're getting two rooms for 4 adults). So it's a better deal than doing free dining (which I think is the week before). We'd rather pay OOP for food and use restaurant coupons (Raglan Road, House of Blues, Earl of Sandwich) all have discounts online and then a few restaurants in the Swan and Dolphin have certificates on Restaurant.com

Our Harris teeter was out of a lot of things. Like the frenchs Worcestershire sauce and the Betty Crocker brownie mix. They were about to run out of the Edge and Skintimate shave gel that I got for free. They were also out of the Dijon mustard here.

I didn't use many coupons today, but I did manage to nab the Gold Peak tea, Krunchers, Dole fruit and more yogurt.

you did good. I love when I only pay like $2.00 for an order.

My sister got the last 3 bottles of worcestershire sauce at our store. Brownie mix was still on hand, but the cake mix was low. They were our of the granola thins...that made me mad. the edge and skintimates was still well stocked but we only had 3 coupons for them. they had the dijon mustard but was out of the honey mustard dipping sauce. They were also out of the rice. took the last 12 boxies of the one kind of hamburger helper.

My bill today for 31 items-3 of them no coupon-was a total of 9.43! And the cherry on the cake the cashier tryed to tell me that I could not use my FREE coupon because that made 21 coupons. Got made when I tolder her that coupon had nothing to do with the other 20 and the boss agreed with me. She had 3 of them sitting there and 18 in her hand. She was like (the coupons in her hand) this is 18 coupons and you will have one coupon over what you can have...I was like no, scan this coupon and this coupon and then scan this one and put the price in so I can pay and go. Oh no that would mean you have 21 coupons and you can only have 20. NO old bat it only doubles/triples up to 20. I was like I could have 500 items in this order and 500 coupons, the first 20 will double/triple and the other 480 would be at the face value. So she was like I don't think you are right...I said well call someone over her then because I am NOT leaving here until you put all 21 coupons in that computer. The manager came over and she was talking in a very low voice to the manager that I was trying to tell her that I could use all 21 coupons...the manager was like she is right, this free one and any over 20 can be used they just don't double/triple. She was MAD. If I would not have gotten the extras I would have only spent 4.00 and change. I just noticed on the reg tape that the old bat gave me a senior citizens discount, I guess she hit that button for herself because I am not a senior....about 30 some years away from that discount :rotfl: , But thanks lady I will take that .74 for disney!!!

We had a trainee as our cashier. He tried doing the same with my free pantene coupons. I had free coupons from the Pantene manufacturer for 12.6oz bottles of shampoo/conditioner up to 4.99. They were 4.45 at my local HT. Those two coupons along with a few for just 1.00 off some products were over the "20" and he debated it with the manager for a bit. But in the end, manager was right. I didn't want to get him in trouble, I understand some of them don't get the full extent of training before they're thrown out to the wolves during triples.

Yesterday I took in one coupon ( .75 off Honey Nut Cheerios) and it was only doubled. I figured there was something I didn't understand and just left and threw away my receipt. But it has continued to bug me and I wish I still had the receipt to go back and ask! Anybody know why it was not tripled:confused3

At first I thought only some of my coupons were doubled. If your Cheerios coupon wasn't supposed to double, it wont. But when it triples it will show up like this..

[Coupon for .75 cents off item, should triple up to 1.98, but in my stores case only tripled up to 1.95]

Scanned Coupon -.75
Multiplied Coupon -1.20

That's how it is on the receipt. But if the item is worth less than the tripled coupon amount it'll adjust. Like with the Muellers Pasta, they were on sale for 4/5$ which would be 1.25$ a piece.

Scanned Coupon -.55
Multiplied Coupon -.70

The cereal was $3 (on sale) and the receipt showed the coupon was doubled to $1.50...........I bought one other item on that trip, the log cabin syrup that was BOGO..........I still can't figure it out and wish I had saved the receipt!!
