Just been doing a bit of research on this and have read that they now accept appointments on 407-wdw-play. 
A credit card hold is required and, like everthing new, you may find that the first CM doesn't know how to take the booking.
Now I just need to go and luck at my planner for a good time
- few and far between with ADRs!!
They still take walk-ups and reservations are very uncommon at the momemt.
