180+10I booked a table in Victoria and Albert's dining room at the 180-day mark a little before 7am EST (it showed up a few minutes early on the app) and the Chef's Table was already booked. I don't know how that's even possible (nobody can book before the 180-day mark, right?) but there you go.

6 am online and on ap. 7 if you call in. Online is easy and earlier but if you have a large group or other extenuating circumstances you will need to call.Does it open at 6 AM or 7 AM? I had read before, 6 AM, but now everything seems to say 7 AM Eastern. My window opens tomorrow and 7 AM would be a lot better than 6 AM.
