Hardest ADR's to Get

I was just wondering if anyone has created a ratings list of what restaurants are the hardest to get ADR's for?

We are on the deluxe dining plan and we are staying for 10 days. At this point our dining wish list is up to 21 restaurants. (I pity the CM who gets my call)

I am looking for a strategy for when I call WDW-Dine in terms of what order to get the reservations, because I will be calling on 06/06/08.

We know about Cindy's table, and it is # 1 on our list.

But what about Character Breakfasts; are they harder to get than say dinner at Le Cellier?

And then there are lunches. Are those easier to get?

Any suggestions, input, comments, will be greatly appreciated.:confused3

le Cellier, CRT, Chef Mickeys ,Ohana, Coral Reef are some of the most popular.Recently, someone has said Liberty tree tavern also became popular.Le Cellier is hard to get and popular for lunch and dinner.CRt is most popular for breakfast.

Yes! I think Le Cellier and CRT are 2 of the hardest to get. Last year I called at exactly 180 days out for Le Cellier and even then, there was only one time available the entire day. I think Crystal Palace is also a hard one to get, at least for breakfast. :)

It does seem like Coral Reef & LTT are getting much harder to get. I've been wondering if CR is becoming the new LC. I don't know if LTT is only popular on party nights & holidays or if it's becoming more popular in general. It does seem very hard to get some nights.

OP, I'd try for CRT 1st. If you want LTT on a party night or holiday, I'd try that next. LC & CR, in that order, would be my 3rd & 4th attempts. I'm not sure it matters after that, unless you want V & A. If you want the Chefs table, try for that 1st, even before CRT. Although, with DxDDP, I doubt you're interested in going there. ;)

To the best of my knowledge, the list would go like this:
1. V&A Chef's table - only 1 seating per night & does not permit 180+10.
2. CRT bfast/lunch
3. Le Cellier dinner
4. CG for times 1-2 hrs pre wishes/fireworks
5. Special dining events during F&W festival.
6. Ohanas/Chef Mickeys
7. Boma's during prime dining time
8. Bistro de Paris for fireworks viewing (since they only do 30 day ADRs not 180+10)

Beyond that, I don't think I've ever run into a conflict getting the dates/times I wanted, unless I was calling a week or so out or it was during a free dining period.

I've had trouble booking Hollywood Brown Derby for Fantasmic. I finally just gave up and went with Hollywood and Vine.

Some things are definitely harder to get than others, but having done the chef's table at V&A multiple times and breakfast at CRT, they're not impossible to get.

With so many different things to reserve, it's hard, but I would suggest you put everything in your order of most important to least...for you! So, if CRT breakfast is #1 on your list, try to book that first. If you also want to dine at Le Cellier, book that second. Then rank your character breakfasts in order of preference. Follow that with dinners and then lunches.

But as I said, put everything that's most important to you at the top of your list. You may not get everything, but you should be in good shape to get most. Call early, know what your menu options will be, and know exactly what day, time, and number of people you want for everything. Have your credit card ready for CRT. You might also want to think through contingencies. If you try for CRT one morning and don't get it, what day is the next option?

With that many things to reserve, here's what I would do. Get your list of restaurants in order of priority, with preferred dates and times. Think through if there are any restaurants you need to book on the same day. For example, if you plan to spend all day in a single park, which breakfast options pair with the available dinner options. Then I'd make a big chart that has each day listed with spaces for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While you're on the phone, as you get ressies for some of the harder things, add those to the chart. Then you can figure out where you need to place your less important meals.
