Hard Water Shower Head Filter...??

Does anyone have any experience with these. We have Hard Water in our Condo and I have spent 4 years dealing with it..and I just cant anymore LOL. We dont drink the water, but we do cook with it, shower, kids take baths and we brush our teeth with the water. But my hair and skin just cant take it anymore and I am considering getting a showerhead filter..and possibly and under the sink filter for our bathroom sink...any suggestions? I dont want to spend too much money...but I want something that will work and last.
