Hard Ticket Events

I've never purchased a hard ticket for MNSSHP etc.

Are you able to sell or transfer a hard ticket to someone if you are unable to make the trip to Disney for the event?

(I'm thinking of buying a ticket for Villians Unleased but have no idea of my work schedule during August)

Sure. An unused ticket (and this includes regular park tickets as well as tickets for hard ticket events) isn't attached to a specific person.
