Could somebody help?
We are travelling to Hard Rock In September does anyone know if there are service charges we need to pay each night? All our holiday is paid for but not sure if they charge you anything extra? Also we have booked for two weeks a pool view room . Does anyone know which floor/room will give us the best pool view. Thanks

You will probably need to check with the company/website where you booked your hotel. Some websites include all taxes and fees while others do not.

That said, I just checked and it appears that the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando does not charge a service or resort fee.

Your best answer will probably be round in the Universal Orlando Hotels and Resorts forum:

Be sure to check out the Hard Rock Hotel informational thread in that forum:

There is a nightly fee for parking if you have a car. I don’t remember any other fees, but last time I stayed it was under an employee deal. Hopefully, someone else can confirm if that is the only extra fee.

Yes there is a parking fee at the HRH. It's $15 a night I think. No matter where you stay at the HRH, it is difficult to see the pool. The palm trees are HUGE and block your view. But you always get a great view of both parks.

Before I posted, I did test bookings on the Universal website and one of the online travel agencies (can't remember if I went to Expedia or Orbitz). Neither site listed a service/resort fee.
