Hard Rock or Sapphire Falls?

We always stay Club Level at HRH....love it. Thinking of trying Sapphire Falls this spring. Any input would be appreciated!

Also, we've never been able to get a suite on club level at HRH. Do they exist? Any tips?

Universal Express passes are included with a stay at the Hard Rock, Royal Pacific and Portofino Bay Hotels.
You do NOT get Universal Express passes at Sapphire Falls (or Cabana Beach Bay).

Universal Express is useful as you can skip the regular line on most rides.
For that one reason, I would not recommend Sapphire Falls unless you are not visiting the parks.

Owl is correct about the EP's. It is still fun to visit other hotels on property. We stayed CB last year without the EP. It was still alot of fun and did not have to wait that much longer in the lines. So it depends on when you are visiting. Also, the money saved by not doing a deluxe (or club) was used to extend our stay two more days.

When I stayed there, I always booked the king suite
