Hard rock cafe - seating with room card

I thought I read somewhere that If I am staying at the Hard Rock Hotel, I can get special access to the Hard Rock Cafe without standing in the long line. Is this true? If so, are there any times of the year when they don't provide this benefit to hotel guests?

Yes, you can get next available seating with your room key. I have been there during the July 4th holiday when the line was around the building. We went up and showed our key and were seated in five minutes.

Yes, you will be seated promptly with your room key. It works great!

The priority seating line definitely went a lot quicker than the stand-by line. We had about a 15-minute wait with our room card; however, that was when the parks just got out. If you time your meals to avoid a mass exodus from the parks, you should have no problem!

Your on-site hotel room key (ANY on-site hotel) will get you next available seating at restaurants in the parks and City Walk (except Emeril's), It does not work at the restaurants in the hotels.

We used the room key and the Hard Rock all access card to get seated in the Hard Rock cafe.

The All Access gets you seated immediately whilst the room key will give you 'priority seating'.

glad to hear that it worked for some. i asked at the cafe when we stayed at RPR this past june and they said no, i would have to get in the regular line. i was bummed because it was pouring out and the kids were cold!

We stayed in the Royal Pacific this past week and ate at Hard Rock Cafe. When I asked how long for seating she looked at my Royal Pacific Key Card and put us in the Priority Line. We waited only about 15 minutes. It was delicious food and our girls got to lead the crowd in the dance YMCA!!!!!
