so should I make a dinner reservation for this or do they not take reservations?

I'm not sure if they take reservations. A lot of the City Walk places only do reservations on the Universal website. And it depends when you're going

If you have the loyalty card Hard Rick loyalty ( or something worded like that) you get head of the line for the hr cafe on each third visit

I did the All Access hrc loyalty program until it changed
