Hard Copy of Reservations

I reserved the final day of our July 07 Hilton Head reservations back in December, and my reservation shows up fine on the My DVC web page, but I still haven't received a hard copy through the mail.

Any big deal? To be honest, I would prefer an electronic reservation, but if the paper is required at checkin, I don't want to leave hanging.

I have never had to have the hard copy of a reservation. I usually have it, but they have never asked for it. Have a good trip

I wouldn't worry about it. They never ask for the paper.. and in fact the one time I did have it with me, I tried to show it to them at the check-in and they said it wasn't necessary.

I would just call Member Services and they will be more than glad to mail it to you. We had a name mix up one time, If I had not had the hard copy, I would not have been admitted through the security gate. I always cross T's and dot i's. I have actually called MS when I have made changes to a reservation, this has happened to me. You will receive it in 7-10 days from making your call.
