Thanks for sending the number but can't dial 1-800 numbers from UK( i have just discovered from directory service!) will have to find the UK member number. thanks Ruth

A scanned copy of the ressie is fine. I send the original by post to the renter and I keep a copy for my records.

You will be fine. 9/10 times, you do not need to show your confirmation.
