Harborside in Atlantis

We were looking at possible places we'd like to consider trading to in the next few years. Like I'm sure many others, Harborside in Atlantis would be one our top choices.
How difficult is it to trade there? We could likely be very flexible as our oldest dd is still in preschool, and even if we didn't go for a couple years, we would be willing to take her out of school for a week if she's only in 1-2nd grade. So we'd likely ask for anything over a span of a year except for Sept when she is starting a new year.

Also, when is a child considered a person?:lmao: Meaning, dh and I are considering having number 3. Which makes us crazy to begin with. Anyway, if a child is less than 3, do most other resorts on the trading list consider them a person. I'm asking, because I would assume it would be easier to get a 1 bd vs a 2 bd if they consider us a family of 4 + an infant vs a family of 5.

Thanks for any opinions

I can't answer any of your questions but I can tell you that Harbouside at Atlantis is nice.

We stayed as a cash guest a couple years back in one of the smaller 1 bedroom units.

I will tell you that Atlantis makes London and Walt Disney World look like the most affordable places in the world to visit.

That's a hard exchange anytime. May, Sept and early Dec will be your best bets. As for occupancy, most timeshares are hard line and consider any child against the totals but it will vary per resort. I think you can be fairly safe if you're talking one that's in a crib but not after that don't assume without checking with the resort directly. Most timeshares are also hard line on the min check in age which can range from 21 to 23 to 25 years of age.
