When you find an image you like on the web right click on it.
Select open image.
Copy the URL or address of the image.
When you are in the reply box on the boards click on the little yellow icon with the mountain on it.
Paste the URL into it, click OK, then click on preview post to ensure everything is OK.

Copy this url paste it in and see if it works.
