Lets hope 2009 is a real good year. 2008 just went out with a big negative bang for us. First oldest DD has a miscarriage, from the big storms our sump pump died and we are waiting for someone to clean out our flooded crawl space so the plumber can come tomorrow to install a new sump pump. Oh come to find out our insurance doesn't cover it.

Then the big bad negative news yesterday morning I got a phone call from SIL telling me MIL passed away. Heart attack. Had to call DH at work to tell him. Talk about a difficult phone call.

They say bad things come in three s so hope this is it and 2009 is better.

What a cute guy! But I feel bad that he is getting the flash in his eyes. If you put a piece of copy paper in front of the flash it will help mellow the light, so it is more even between the subject and the background. just tape it on with a piece of cellophane tape and it will come right off when you want to put the camera away.

If your camera has a popup flash you can use a ping pong ball. Cut a hole so it slides right over. Keep any writing to the back, hehehehee
