Happy Birthday, Mozart!

I was too delighted when we got our music a few weeks ago and there was his Misericordias Domini...K. 222. I've never done it before, but it's certainly his style. On our first sightread through it, I just kept saying,"Yes, yes, YES!" I've written in smiley faces all over my music at his little signature moments. At choir rehearsal on Tuesday, we spent a lot of time working on the development sections and afterward our director said,"Don't you just feel smarter?"
