My girls are still in bed, and I was given strict instructions not to open anything till they got up

I'm the only one awake here. But I do like a few minutes to myself in the morning so I'm happy.

No plans for today but DS has been home from uni for the weekend (not that I've seen him as he's been catching up with friends and I spent yesterday at a Brownie leaders' training. LOL!!) Hopefully he'll be around today.

Good Morning everyone! I got 8 Mother's Day cards this morning from my 3 kids. They do like their arts and crafts. No firm plans today - off to see my Dad in hospital later. The kids have told me they have a great plan to treat me - watching Coraline in 3d and eating takeaway pizza - obviously a treat for me and not them.

I have been spoilt I recieved lovely cards,some choccies,flowers and lets Dance for the Wii, the Boys are also cooking me Sunday Dinner this evening we are having Roast chicken with all the trimings, sticky toffee pudding and a bottle of Pinot Grigio is in the fridge

I have a lovely card from Eric and a Victorias Secret Pink shimmering fragrance rollerball which he picked out himself in the shop. I also got daffodils, a Creme Egg and a magazine Thank you Eric and daddy!

We are going to visit my mum this afternoon and then my boys are taking me to Pizza Hut for tea.

I ended up with 6 cards (DD's had bought there own plus DH and he forgot and bought them all again - Men!!!!)

Got 2bottles of pink fizz, a tatty teddy pen, and a new tatty teddy "best mum" apron as they said my other one was fit for the bin - charming!!
