Happy Limo?

How is Happy Limo?

I found them on Mousesavers.com and was wondering if anyone has used them. When I called, they told me Orlando airport to Pop Century would be $114 roundtrip and that that includes all gratuity and tolls. So nothing would need to be paid on top of that, right?

But the girl I talked too, well, she did not impress me very much, didn't seem to want to answer my questions and was just all around rude.

So I want to make sure she is not indicative of what Happy Limo is like.

We'll be landing at after 9:30 PM on a Wednesday and coming home before 9 AM on a Monday.

We wanted to rent a car, but the cheapest rate we could find was $128 + gas and insurance for the days we're there. If we could find a car that would be less than this for 6 days with all of that stuff added in we'd probably go that route instead.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Never use Happy limo! Never trust happy limo !
To start with, I was looking for a stretch limo to hold 5 families 14 people, with the possible addition of 5 more travelers. I researched many limo companies and found that Happy Limo had a stretch hummer limo that would accomodate 20 people and included an additional vehicle for the luggage ( See their add below)

This hummer trip to the DCL port was a surprise from us to one of the families going who did a great favor for us all.

I now went on the Diser's site and found some negative comments and positive comments about this company. I called and spoke with a manager several times and voiced my concerns about the negative comments I read, the manager assured me that they were not at fault concerning those complaints ,Bla Bla Bla, he was a very good talker!! I was quoted a price that was 20% higher than advertized. I was told that the price was for a tip for the drivers, one for us and one for the luggage car, at 10% each. Acceptable.
Hummer was reserved and when the vehicle arrived, no second car, 45 mins later we are now horribly late to pick up the other guests I spoke with the company 3-4 times and they just got more nasty each time. Finally I lost my temper and demanded they do something about our luggage, I had a contract with them and they were in breach of the contract. They said that they were not sending a second car for luggage I had not ordered one, they would not even discuss the fact that I had already prepaid for tips for 2 drivers. Happy Limo told me "I had 3 minutes to get in the limo with everyones luggage or the limo would leave us" and that meant we are stranded.
So here we are forced to take the limo with all the luggage inside on the seats in addition to all the riders. They would not stop for us for drink pickups since the manager on duty that Sat am told me that I was responsible for making them late for another pick up. What gall they have, all I can say is do NOT BELIEVE anything they say, they want your money and nothing else matters. By the way our limo driver was great and he was tipped additional $$ but we suggested he work for a different limo company.
