Happy Limo?

I just booked Happy Limo and noticed on the information sheet that when we arive at the airport we are supposed to call Happy Limo and then someone will meet us at baggage.

Is this right? I thought they automaticly waited for you at baggage. Why would I have to call them when we arrived?

Tony & Barb use Happy Limo each time they come down here to go on their cruises - they are on their 24th, 25th and 26th cruise right now and will most likely be home after Sunday night - Barb is the one who can answer any questions you have about Happy Limo.

We used Happy Limo on our last trip and Yes, we had to call them when we were in baggage claim to come get us. It didn't take more than a few minutes. I think its extra if you want them to actually be in baggage claim when you come down from the terminal.

Only a guess here...It could be because Orlando is such a huge airport, and if your flight is delayed, then it could be a matter of a few minutes or a couple of hours depending upon where you are flying in from. I know that I travel a lot for fun and for work, and when i try to make arrangements for airport hotel shuttles to pick me up at the airport, i always get the response about calling after your arrival because of flight delays...this may explain some of the problem?

I know that Tony and Barb do use and recommend Happy Limo. I don't believe they get picked up at the airport though, because i remember Barb mentioning more then once that they use the complimentary shuttle to most of the places they stay when using hotwire or priceline. My guess is that they have happy limo pick them up the day of the cruise and drive them from the airport to the pier...

I was just wondering because other posts that I read said that the companies meet them at baggage claim. I will just call when we arrive. I don't think this will be much of a wait.

Other limo companies will meet you in baggage claim if you want.

We have used Tiffany Town Cars (2 years ago), and this time will be using Cartier Town Car Service (great quote). both of these will meet you in the baggage claim area, give you a grocery stop, and provide child seats if needed for free.
