Happy Limo vs Tiffany Town Car?

on the recommendation of our travel agent. She used to use Tiffany until Tiffany failed to show up on 2 occasions.

We have used Happy Limo in the past and were thrilled with their service. They have brand new very comfortable town cars. And there is a coupon on Barb's site www.castawayclub.com .

We have tried to use Tiffany Town car on 2 occasions and received poor customer service both times. The people that answered the phone were rude, their systems were down, when we finally cancelled our ressie they never did it in their system and called to confirm it the day before our trip!!

We ended up renting a car because it worked out cheaper in our situation, but I originally booked with Happy Limo. They were very nice at working with me, answering several questions very quickly. When we decided to cancel, they were also very professional, and understood completely that the rental car worked better for us. I'd say that their professionalism was excellent.

I was on the 04/06 Magic recently and asked Happy for transport:
From Orlando Airport to Radisson
From the Port to Animal Kingdom Lodge
From Animal Kingdom Lodge back to the Airport.

What I paid was for a "Towncar".
Not only did Happy show up promptly at each location with a nice clean towncar, but on the final leg, they surprised me by showing up with a full blown gorgeous limo (at no extra charge).
First rate service and a AAA+++ outfit.

We used Tiffany last trip and they were VERY punctual and friendly....not a problem. (WDW not the cruise)
