Happy Limo: should i cancel?

Okay so i booked happy limo and now i'm seeing some negative reviews. Should i cancel? We're leaving the end of this month

We didn't have the best experience in May. We've decided to just rent a car on our next trip in September.

We used them last October. We had four different drivers, we went from WDW to the port, then back to WDW and then to the airport (two separate groups).

I'm not sure how my DS & DM's trip to the airport was, I didn't hear any complaints, but the only complaint I had was the guy who picked us up from the port drove like a maniac and had a brand new pine scented air freshener and I ended up car sick with a nice migraine from the pine scent. I called to request a scent free vehicle to take us to the airport and the next driver had pulled all his scented things from the car and it was a great trip.

We have used Happy Limo 4 years in a row to and from WDW and MCO. We have always had an excellent experience. Any business can have a few hiccups and people tend to be vocal when a bad experience occurs, less so when things go smoothly. You should be fine!

I've usd Happy Limo several times and not had a problem. Service was excellent even when we had a first time driver

We had a very poor experience with them several years ago, back when all the reviews were positive. We were very surprised. We did not post about it assuming we were in the minority however, we have not used them since.

I booked with them a few years ago due to all of the great review BUUUT... when i received the confirmation email, the tone was very curt - bordering on nasty - and there were so many words capitalized and exclamation points that I promptly cancelled. I was leery of entering into a contract with a company that was so abrasive on first contact. YMMV

We used them this past April for a MCO to Port area transfer (CI&S) and the service both before the date and on the day were awesome.

The trip included a complementary grocery store stop which was nice. I had requested that they include just my kid's name on the sign at the airport since the Limo ride was a surprise for them, and they made sure it was typed up that way.

Our driver was super friendly. He helped me get the bags to the car and then when we got in, he had Toy Story 3 all queued up in the DVD player for the kids (very nice touch).

It was the perfect start to our vacation

We just used them last month for both an airport pick up (w/ grocery stop) to the port and pick up from the port back to the airport.

Our drivers were both very prompt and friendly. Niether of them said a word about tipping (which we had read reports of people asking for a certain amount for the tip..) and were very pleasant.

I will say that one of our drivers was a little "dentally challenged" and that may have turned some people off. However, she was VERY friendly and we had no issues with her.

I think you can have a bad experience anywhere. I wouldn't change all my plans based off of one person's experience. (Just like I didn't for the cruise....)

Used them this May for a trip from WDW to the port and the driver was great. He was early, car was clean and comfortable, got us there quickly.

Just got back from the 5-night Dream cruise on 5/29. We used Happy Limo to the port and had a very good experience. Everything was exactly as promised. Will use them again on future cruises!

We have used them for years and never had a issue..... A couple of times I have even received a upgrade for FREE!!!!
