Please tell me about your experiences with Happy Limo....
I am having trouble getting them to respond to email.

I recieved a quick response to my email when I sent it. My experience was mixed when I used them 1 1/2 years ago. My first driver seemed to want a larger tip though it was already included in the price, and my return driver (a lady) was a bit of a racist and wouldn't shut up. The cars were beautiful though and prompt and on time. I am giving them another shot in August to make up my mind, as they were also the cheapest. If they show up and get me from point A to Point B and back on time, I am happy.
 
I'm thinking of using them as well for my Orlando vacation. Does anybody else have any good or bad experiences with them? :confused:
 

I've changed my pick-up/drop-off times 3 times now due to changes in my flight schedule and have always had an email response within 12 hours (usually I email at night and have a response the next morning). I've also called the toll free number several times and they have never been anything but professional.

Haven't used them yet, though. 2 weeks and I'll be back and can report.

Gee--I had NO problem with them setting up the ground transport (we're using them in a month to/from Sanford).

use reservations@happylimo.com and you'll find an on-line application form. Complete it and they will respond with email confirmations.
Their 1-800 number is 1-888-394-4277. We're looking forward to a stretch limo ride--maybe it will take away the sting of having to leave a bit on the way home!!

We've used them twice and had great experiences. The drivers were always there at the airport and on time at the hotel pick up. The first year we even got a limo to take us to the airport instead of the towncar we had ordered. We had a grocery stop last time, even though our flight was way late. So I can recommend them. Be sure to mention Mousesavers when you book them, you get $5 off. Not a huge amount, but every bit helps! I used the phone and called because at the time, their website was down.
