We just used Happy Limo last week. Bottom line - we got to where we were going - so they did their job. On our return trip, the driver called us an hour before our scheduled pick-up to see if we were ready because he was running early! We were sitting around the pool eating lunch. DH and kids were in bathing suits, no way did we want to spend an extra hour at the airport when we could be at the pool enjoying the afternoon. So, I told the driver we would be ready at the scheduled time. At that time I went to the front of the hotel and saw the car, but no driver. The valet told me the driver had gone inside to find us. I found him sitting inside chatting on his cell phone. I waited patiently for a few minutes for his call to end. It didn't, so I interrupted to let him know we were here and ready to go. He got up, went outside and took one of our bags. My husband and I took the rest and got them and the kids in the car. Driver is still on cell phone. Halfway to MCO - still on phone. Hangs up, makes another call. He was on the phone for 3/4 of our trip. Never greeted us, no interaction whatsoever except to ask me which airline we were flying! At the airport we took the kids and the bags and left - no extra tip there. Granted, he did what we needed - he got us to the airport, but DH and I both felt it was rather awkward with him talking on the phone during most of the trip! Probably won't use Happy Limo again.
