Happy Limo No Tip included?

Ok again, I did not get the memo...when did Happy Limo change it's policy on no longer including the tip in the charge for the Towncar service? $100. + tip plus tolls/fees..I guess the gas increases hit everyone . Anyone know the true price for a trip to SSR with a pickup at BWV? Thanks

I don't know when the tip policy changed, but we've always tipped above and beyond what the bill was because we always had the BEST service. I plan on using them in a few days and was a bit dismayed that the fee did not include the tip. But at the time of booking, ME was not doing well and I knew I could rely on Happy Limo, so we went with them.
