Happy Limo - No response to ressie request

I made a request 4 days ago on Happy Limo's website and I haven't gotten a response yet. Is this normal?
 
I would hope not. You may want to send them one more email or call; otherwise, I'd keep looking!!
 
Not normal! I had a response within a day for our trip last week. Call the toll free number in case the email didn't arrive for some reason.

We've used Happy Limo twice in the past without a problem.

Last week I submitted the online form for a reservation. I waited 4 days without a response. I emailed them for some type of confirmation and still nothing.

I finally booked with Cartier (we used them last May). I sent an email to Happy Limo to cancel the reservation and they emailed me right back.

I thought it was kind of strange.
 

You might want to try Murray Hill Transportation. The service there was excellent when we went last year and we are using them again this December. :tongue:
