Happy Limo Never Showed Up At Pc Today

He gave me the creeps-- and he didn't have an appropriate car seat even though we had requested it when we made the ressie. To top it all off, I called Rabbit and requested a different driver on the return trip to the airport, and guess what? The same driver shows up wanting to know why we had a problem with him!?? When I got back home I received a form email from Rabbit inquiring as to whether we were happy with Happy Limo. I responded with all of the afore mentioned problems-- and received no response at ALL from Rabbit.

Not my definition of great (or even passable) customer service. I recommend everyone avoid them like the plague.

I don't think this is "Happy Bashing" as you say, but merely a collection of experiences, yours is one as well.. I have used Happy in the past with no issues, and I think that they used to be very different from how they are now... They used to be very interested in customer service... but the response we all got from them last saturday was that they could have a car there in about an hour and a half, or we could find alternate transportation... frankly, they could not have cared less that we were standing out there in the sun with bags in hand... or that some people had planes to catch... they made no apologies and no offers of compensation... EVERY other limo company came and went with no issues, until the "Happy limo" patrons were the only ones left... thats when we started asking each other "Who are you waiting for?" It became aparant that Happy Limo was the only company not to show up... I have no hatred of them, I have no alternative company I am "plugging," I just don't want to see someone else be put in the same predicament...
 
Still have not received a credit from Happy Limo for being left stranded on 9/11. They were quick to charged my credit card but slow to refund. I would never recommend them to anyone.
 

We used HL in December 2003. BWV to Port; Port to MCO. No problems. Prompt and friendly.
 
Hmmmm.... We used them for 3 seperate legs of our trip this past week. They were efficient and early, not to mention, we received an upgrade twice. They called us the night before our trip to PC (9/11) to confirm that we needed their services, and I know they were doing runs to PC for pick-ups as our driver got a call while on our way to PC. I thought that their service was fabulous.

Has anyone thought to report their bad experiences to the Better Business Bureau of Orlando? Don't know if there are any other regulatory agencies that oversee this sort of business. I haven't looked myself to see if Happy Limo (or any transportation company) has a satisfactory/unsatisfactory rating with them, but if people complain and they don't address the issues, they will get an unsatisfactory rating which would steer people away from them.
 
After reading this board, I got very nervous about using Happy Limo, but decided not to get frantic and still with our original plans. Happy Limo picked us up at MCO on 9/16 and brought us to Pop Century (an upgrade was a nice surprise) and they came back on 9/18 and took us to PC. No problems at all. We all have bad days from time to time. I would definately use them again.:D
 
After all the refunds they had to make for failing to pick people up I am sure they are working on being more efficient. Being left stranded once was enough for me. Will not use them ever again.
 
We also have to add that our last trip to Disney we used Happy Limo. I chose this company because of the recommendation and coupon I found in the Passporter. We too were forgotten by Happy Limo on our return to the airport. Myself and the resort kept trying to reach the main office but only got a recording. It wasn't until another Happy Limo driver showed up for a different family that any of us were able to get any info. The driver talked to the office and had them send out another driver for us. No one ever appologized to us. I realize mistakes do happen but also an apology to my family either written or by phone would have been the proffessional thing to do. I guess that it didn't matter because they already had our money. I too will never use them again.
