Happy Kingdom Hearts 2 Day

DBF and I are about 8 hours in... The whole "intro" with Roxas was weird, but once we got to Sora, it's been pretty good.

Disney is missing a major marketing opportunity. I just got back from Dis and there is no other merchandise to be had except the game. They at least need a T-shirt. I would have bought 2!

I'm at the very end of KH1..the final bosses..I must say it is making mad. We will be KH2 once I finish the first one. Wish me luck.

Just a side note....you maybe a little lost when you jump into KH2 without playing KH Chain of Memories. Worse case if you don't have a GBA or at least a Game Cube with a game boy player, do a search for Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories movies. You can at least watch the intro to KHCOM and the ending movie to at least get caught up....

I think KH2 was a little too easy. Even on Proud mode. There's nothing for us to figure out... everything is kinda handed to us. The game is still really cool, but I feel it could be more of a challenge.

You will understand the part of Roxas as you go deeper into the game.

I love these games! Over Christmas break I rented the first Kingdom Hearts and was playing it on my son's PS2. Then at Christmas, my husband bought me my own PS2 and my own copy of KH1. It became my most favorite game ever. After I beat it, I couldn't wait for KH2 to come out.

I bought KH2 the day after it was released and played it that whole weekend and all through spring break. I still haven't beaten it, but I am having so much fun!

I agree with you there. A friend and I were discussing last night how we feel that Kingdom Hearts in general is probably one of the most significant and relevant things that Disney has had a hand in for many years. It's not just Disney fans that are playing them (and in many cases rabidly pursuing what merchandise happens to be available).

My DS (11) begged all weekend until we went to the video rental place to rent this game. with the new "no late fees" policy and the approx two week window before you have to return a game - he is well on his way to beating the game and not having to buy it for 50 bucks. (just 8) he generally gets tired of a game after he has beaten it and then it just sits there.

if he wants to own the game after he beats it we will wait until it come out used or as a greatest hits.

I bought a PS2 and Kingdom Hearts for my nephew for Easter. Due to a freak snow - yes I said snow, a foot and a half of snow actually - storm I wasn't able to get to their house for Easter. I used to love video games but haven't played in a while, so I opened up the game system and KH2 and began to play. Now I'm hooked!!!! Which is why I stopped playing in the first place BTW - because I become obsessed.

So now for my question. Is there a KH2 walk through anywhere, or even just a list of the worlds and levels. I'm curious how much farther I have to go. I just landed on the Pirates of the Carrib. level. Is there a place to go for hints or help? I went to the Ariel world before the PofC level and didn't have "magnet magic". I'm not sure where I was supposed to get it, so I'm kind of confused. Is there a website to help people? Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction, or at least for trying.

One of the best sites for all your video game needs is www.gamefaqs.com. They have detailed walk-throughs and FAQs and a fantastic message board. BTW if have just landed in Pirates level you still have quite a ways to go before beating the game. Oh and you can get Magnet magic by beating Oogie Boogie in the Halloween Town level. Good luck!

You really don't need a walkthrough. I will give a hint. You will have to visit each world twice.
