Las Vegas Happy Hour on the Strip

I will be visiting Vegas with my husband for a few days in November. We are big happy hour fans and love the savings on food and drink. We won't have a car and staying on the Strip.

Can you tell me your favorite happy hour places? Good food, drinks, atmosphere - all or any of those!!!
