Sunday October 21st 2007 only 6 months late
We werent planning on a DLRP trip this year as we knew our bank account would need to recover after spending three weeks in Florida over Easter. However, things soon changed when the BBC showed DLRP at Halloween in their Holiday programme last year and my lovely mum felt we were missing out on lots of fun and decided to treat us!!!

We had initially planned to travel via Eurostar as usual but when the time came to book, the prices were so horrendous
that we completely changed our plans and decided to fly instead for a much more palatable price. So we booked flights with Air France, booked a room at the Explorers and then it was time to watch our ticker count down!! 
Our dogs
were packed off to their kennels for their holiday, then as our flight wasnt until the evening, we went to our local Frankie and Benny's for a nice lunch before being picked up by our shuttle car to take us to Southampton Airport.
Our flight was due to depart at 6.15pm and ended up leaving 25 minutes late but it made up the lost time and we arrived at CDG at just after 8.35pm.
We collected our luggage, our driver from BS Transports was ready waiting for us, and by 10.15pm we were at The Explorers.
None of us were hungry so after unpacking we went straight to bed, looking forward to tomorrow!!
