Wishing all my fellow disers a very happy Christmas..in the light of having spent much of today unexpectedly in emergency at the local hospital with my mum (she's doing OK but still having tests), this year in particular is reminding me of whats important in life. I wish you and your families in 2014 good health and good luck, make lots of great memories with loved ones, have patience with those family members who drive you nuts on Xmas day (we all have at least one!) ... and take lots of Disney trips (then share with us here).

Merry Christmas to you all! We had a fantastic day/ night back in Sydney with our family, I couldn't have asked for a better day. Today we spend some time with my step-kids and my in-laws. It is likely to be our last Xmas with my FIL as he is gravely ill, but I hope we can enjoy this time together regardless.

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas full of love, laughter and fun.
Aussie Wendy wishing your mum a speedy recovery and heidispi enjoy your family time, I hope you can make some special memories with your FIL:flower3:

I'm a little late, but Merry Christmas everyone :goodvibes

Wendy, hope your mum is ok and has a nice quick recovery!

I'm late too; but Merry Christmas everyone.

Wendy - I hope that things are okay with you and your mum. Take care! :flower3:

I hope your mum is doing ok Wendy.

Merry Christmas to my fellow Aussies. I hope you all had a great day with those you love and here's to the planning our future Disney holidays :santa::santa::santa:

Hope everyone had a wonderful christmas and could share it with loved ones.

We had a nice family christmas, I was excited to give the kids our jellybean countdown to WDW jars and the disney coupons I had got from the creative forum.

Wish you all a good new year and hope you all stay safe. I have very little internet here at the coast so am already going through disboard and disney research withdrawals........:sad1:

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Mums still in hospital as turned out she badly hurt her back when she fell so its been quite tiring driving Dad and us to and fro to the hospital (over an hour away in the horrific 'heading to the coast' Xmas traffic) while Dad stays with us. Xmas is not a good time to be admitted as only skeleton staff so haven't really seen a doc for info-hopefully Monday as Mum isn't doing too good. Means I'm falling behind with all the news and great TR on here -still I got a Tablet for Xmas so as soon as I learn to use it (I know - behind the times!!) I should be right to do some reading by the bedside!

I'm so sorry to hear your mum isn't doing well. I hope the doctor can get to her soon so she can start feeling better!

Christmas is never a good time for hospital visits. Yay for getting a tablet though :thumbsup2

Hope you get a doc to see your mum soon, Wendy; and that her back is on the way to recovery. Take care of yourself and the family!

Congrats on the Tablet. And no, you're not behind the times. :thumbsup2
