This is a gotta have for any Trekkie. A quick search reveals that Amazon sells the dispensers for about $45. I'm sure one could pick up the comm badge anywhere. And then you would need the time and skill to add the LED lights and switches.

I bid $70 for the item shown by the OP! Can you get it to me by sundown tonight?

I would think any string of the cheap, mini Christmas tree, -err, "Holiday lights" would work. Just make sure you get a string that specifically states that if one light goes out, the others stay lit. This way you can take out all the other lights except the ones to go in the top of the dispensers. They come in different colors, so you could put all yellow lights together.
