I am so glad someone else started this thread! I was told last night not to start a birthday thread for him! I am currently making one of his favorite dishes for lunch, Shepherd's Pie (his Mom's recipe), and then we will have sushi tonight!

Julie - you should be fine for a few things. Our sushi place basically put every roll we ordered (that normally had crab centers and uncooked fish on top like salmon) under the broiler!
