I went to a wonderful birthday celebration for the father of one of my best friends. He and his wife drove down from Maine to Connecticut. He turned 80!! He took a day off from his 55 hour per week job of driving a big Mack truck (construction) He doesn't look a day over 65, is as sharp as a tack and has only not worked for 7 weeks. He got bored and had to get back on the job. He usually puts in 11 hour days. On Thursday the young foreman asked him to haul another load but he had already put in close to 11 hours so he declined. The foreman told him that his "bonus" might be in jeopardy!!!
