Has any one here been to this in the past?

I am only just now hearing about this one. It says that the "Ultimate Experience"
includes tickets to the partys is this true? Ive also read about it having reserved seats for the fireworks. (what about the mini parade?)

As any one here knows I am trying to make this a blast for my sons bday:banana: so this is a Maybe in our plans) I am just trying to understand how this works and if any one here has done it last year or in 2010 ?

Any info is appreciated thanks :wizard:

That sounds fun. I'd love to hear from someone who's done it...there aren't a lot of details on the DL website.

from what ive read here is what i've gathered (on about four sites ive found and some reviews)
5-6 rides-tot,space mountain,HM,thunder mountain, and snow whites scary adventure)
starts at 5pm (meaning we wont get to party till 8pm)
Has-reserved seats for fireworks (maybe parade too that'ed be nice to make up the two hours lost at party)
If we do this an 8 party-till 11 w get 3hours for the party (i hope it would be enough)

We start in dca (yet no adults allowed to dress up so can my son?)
Then me and hubby just wear normal clothing with maybe ears or something in bag for when we get in dl?)

I am trying to wight the pros and cons. losing two hours at the party sucks but for seats for fireworks maybe parade too, and 4 or 5 rides in dl and one in dca doesn't seem so bad.
two treats (not bad )
a pin and a keepsake light up necklace

What is the cost pp?

$115-$125 is a guess. It's about the price of party tickets and the price of a tour. 55+60. Prices for this years party have not come out yet nor have the prices for this year's tours.

Also they do this tour every day during the Holiday Season but the ultimate package is for the party nights.

There was a really good descriptive report of this tour last Fall. Maybe by YellowPanchos or Imtooexicitedtosleep, possibly just a regular poster. It may be burried in the Halloween thread.

i saw 99 a person it said some thing about being cheaper then both tour and party bough seprate. And Ive been lookign on the Hall super thread thread for anything more on it thanks

correction found this from last year on here

Ok i have all the answers It includes

1 keep sake hot coco mug(Id say costs 7bucks?)
1 treat rice crispy treat or cookie(told by cm its cookies)(probably about 5bucks normally)

It includes rides on Tot,HM, the railroad, thunder mountain railroad, space mountain, Pinocchio and snow whites scary adventure.(7 rides in three hours)
Keep sake pin and the glow in the dark land yard with key
(pin is 10-15 if sold in stores i think)

You are allowed to dress up
And before the party' s they start at 3pm so you wont miss the party at all.

You get seats for the parade not fw but can and most do stay sitting for the Fire works(almost worth it to see this from good places)

It will be about 120 a person for tour and party together

Hope this helps other dissers plan After seeing wont get sons bday bucket for 50-80$ and seeing parade and fw seats included hum may be well worth it for us.

DLR only started the "ultimate experience" last year as I recall. I've been to two Mickey's Halloween parties (once at DCA, once at DLR). As the prices were rising (we only paid $20-30 for DCA, $40-50 for DLR), we decided enough was enough!

we did dca in 2007 it wasn't that good but son was sick too, so were looking forward to dl's party

by the way the parade seats are by small world or the castle and they do allow you to stay seating for the fire works if you want.

yeah I think you are right...because Ive done the tour a couple of times and nothing was ever mentioned about combining that and the halloween party together

yes jade they will but where the seats are, I dont know how great a view you will get...hopefully you will get a lively CM to do the tour like Ive been lucky to get...wont tell you what they do in HM but its funny:goodvibes

So I guess if we want to do the Ultimate Tour we have to wait to buy until 30 days out like all the rest of the tours? We definitely want to do the party on Oct 26 and I'm trying to decide if I should just get the tickets next week or take my chances and wait to try to book the tour. Because the tour groups sound like they are nice and small, I'm a little worried that the tour will sell out and then the party only tickets might be gone too! Probably overthinking it :) Do party tickets sell out a month early?

Jade, if the tour starts at 3 pm and runs for 3 hours, did the CM you talked to mention what the group does between 6 pm and 8:30 when the parade starts? Just enjoy the party on your own and meet up later?

you go to the party and do what you want to do im sure wed eb told where to go and show something for the seats at the parade. I do know she said yes ppl use to miss some of the party but now they do it at 3pm so ppl dont miss the party and you are allowed to dress up.
I am waiting 30days out to call and will get the tour+party tickets that way. ive been told they do have the tickets for the ppl in the tour. even if others are told the tickets are sold out.

Sounds like a good time. I'm not sure if its something we'll end up doing on the next trip but it seems pretty fun.:thumbsup2

jade do you know "where" the seats are that they put you for the parade???? well unless they have changed them, (and you never know, they could have) they have the seats directly across from where they house the floats so again,...I dont know that its going to be a good spot for you to see them...you might have blockage...its not like at F! where you can see them really well...i just want you to be aware of that...

she said that with all the tours they try to put you in the best places to see the parade. if it starts at small world they sit you by small world. She made it sound like its suposed to be the bst places to sit
