Happen to anyone else?

Okay .. so our trip is coming up and had to be paid off on Sat. (9/4) So, we called and made a small payment on Friday and then called Sat to make the final payment. The girl on the phone said they weren't taking any payments that day and that they would put our name on a list and someone would call us on Tues. after Frances was over. I found this odd, but hey if you don't want my money I am not gonna force you!! LOL So, about an hour later someone from Disney calls all nasty saying if we didn't pay it that day then our trip was cancelled. We explained about calling earlier and she said that was wrong information. How is that my fault? What would have happened if we left for the weekend after trying to call and make our payment. Do you guys think I should call and complain tomorrow? Thanks for your advice!!!

I would call, jnust to make sure someone is aware that they are giving out conflicting info.

Think it has to do with the hurricane. I thought they asked no one to call until the 7th. But I don't know for sure.

Right .. so why did the other woman call all rude like?? I had the intention to pay it, but geez .. it is their people that told me not to pay it!!!

I paid mine on Saturday with no problem. I would complain nicely if I were in your situation. They should all be on the same page.

Did you get their names? I would call. I hate nasty CM's. If they have an attitude problem then they shouldn't be working at the happiest place on earth!

I would call and let them know what happened....maybe it will prevent someone else from having the same experience.
