Hannah Montana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had to share w/you all............

I took my daughter to go & see Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus & they were opened by the Jonas Brothers in concert in Moline Illinois this last Saturday night & it was the most awesome concert I have ever been too & I'm 34 years old!

She was so amazingly entertaining & so are the "Jo Bro's" (as my daughter calls them).

Just had to share!!! I'm still so excited that I got to go!

Lucky! Lucky! We tried and tried to get tickets for this and then we were rerouted by the ticket master site to another site where we could buy a ticket for low price of $2,700.00!! Yikes! Were you able to take any pics? If you did please be a dear and post them!!

One of my daughter's B-day presents in August was to join Miley World, so I actually got presale tickets - they were section B, row 18. I really didn't know where they would be - by the seating chart it looked as thought sections A & C crossed in front of us, so I guessed that we would be 30 seats or more back from the stage, but I still thought that was pretty good. Well, we got there & the seating chart was wrong - we wer actually 6 ROWS FROM CENTER STAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry I really get excited.
Yes, I took pictures. 267 to be exact! I still haven't figured out how to post pictures on here - anyone dare to give me a step by step???

I had a friend tell me today that Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR, opened up more tickets on the ticketmaster website Saturday morning and she was able to snag some.

I'm so glad to hear it. After all the hype, I figured she had better step it up and put on a great show! We will see her in KC in December!

Hint for all who are MileyWorld members & are going to the concerts - atleast in Moline: they stationed out front the tour bus (pink w/Miley's picture on it of course) & you could get your picture taken w/a Miley cardboard cut out & Miley's Grandma (of course I didn't know who she was - I had to ask). And they kept announcing things, but I had no idea what. Later to find out that they were announcing member numbers & giving away concert worn outfits, backstage passes, etc.

Of course I didn't find out until I was already in the venue & 1/2 hour before the concert was to start - I heard others talking. I'm sure its a long shot, but..................


Another hint: again, atleast in Moline, Illinois: they had the t-shirt booths outside a 3-4 hours before the concert. We bought our T-shirts then & took them back to the hotel so I didn't have to carry them around the concert.

We're (DD & I) going this Sat.!! I got our tickets off eBay ~ $100 each ($40 tickets) Just this past Sat. tickets went on sale for a 2nd show here in SLC this Fri. Tickets could only be bought in increments of 4 and only one order per credit card to keep scalpers at bay. I think I'm more excited than DD ~ she's really looking forward to High School Musical on Ice next month.

Yeah, I think I was more excited then my daughter too. But I have never heard her scream so much before in my life. And now she is in love with Joe Jonas - because he smiled & waived at her during the concert!

Santa is bringing my daughter High School Musical on Ice tickets too! Let me know how it is!

That is so awesome! Thank you SO much for that update. I was hoping someone would give one. We are going the Sunday after Halloween and we are SO excited! It's my dd's bday present and she is counting the days!

Sounds like an awesome concert. We have tickets for the show in Atlantic City. The Jonas Brothers are actually my dd's favorites. Were they on much during the concert?

Also, would it be worth it to join the Miley World fan club before the concert for the give aways that you were talking about? We had a free month membership, but cancled after that. My dh just suggested we join before the concert. I was wondering if there would be any perks for being a fan club member?

I just bought some off e-bay for SLC this weekend.

I got a good deal but I am crossing my fingers that the seats are decent. The tickets that I bought are for an area of the arena that looks like it's closed according to the map of the arena.

The concert started about 7:05 w/the Jonas Brothers coming down from the ceiling (don't tell the kids - its awesome to see their eyes when they finally notice!). They were probably on stage until 7:40-45ish. Then an intermission to change sets for Hannah. On came Hannah (from the ceiling also) - and (again don't spoil it for the kids) the Jonas Brothers came on to sing a song w/Hannah, then sang another while she changed into Miley. Then Miley came up from the bottom of the T shaped stage & down again. Then came back out for an oncore song (the microphone stand & stool came back up & she came from the back of the stage w/her guitar). Miley didn't leave the stage until 9:20-25ish. Longer then they expected.

Both Hannah & Miley did several & I mean several changes (how they do that so quickly - ??) I did notice on my pictures that she has on a skin/tan colored body suit under her outfits - thats probably how. The Jonas Brothers changed from their songs to when they joined Hannah.

I would say no - there are no perks to join now. IMO. I didn't even know that they were giving things away & for as many people that are there do you really think that your number will be called? And We just got our card in the mail 2 weeks ago & joined in August - so you probably won't even have a card to prove it. And anyone could get their picture taken w/Grandma, if she is still touring w/her.

I saw pictures on the internet of Billy Ray watching his daughter at the concert in St. Louis. But I looked & looked, but never saw him in Moline. The pictures seemed to show that he was front & center of the stage where they have the videocamera's videoing the concerts. But????

Hope this helps! Enjoy the concerts everybody. And if you can help me to post pictures I have the most awesome picture of when Miley 1st came up from under the stage - she turned around to sing, bent over & there was a fan on her & her hair flying back. It is awesome!

Thank you so much for the update. I am taking dd7 to see Hannah on Nov. 10 here in Phoenix!!!

She is dancing at DL the next morning so we have to leave straight from the area to head to Anaheim. I was really wondering how long the concert was! Thanks so much glad it was as fun as you had hoped for.

I took tons of pictures and my younger daughter touched hands with Nick my older daughters pinky touched Mileys and she was hit with her guitar pick when she threw it but thought it was just confetti and someone else picked it up
