I am curious ... Two girlfriends at work and I all tried to get tickets to the presale. One searched for floor seats and didn't get anything, the other two searched for best available and did get tickets -- As a matter of fact one of the sets was on the floor. My question is, does it take longer for ticketmaster to search for a specific ticket rather than best available? We were going to try again tomorrow at the general sale and wanted to figure out the best way to use our 3 minutes before they all sell out. She has purchased one single ticket on the floor and really needs two more so that she can be close to both her daughters. How best to do this??

Good luck with getting tickets. I had the presale code along with about 30 other moms I know and only 2 got tickets the day they went on presale. They didn't even get that great of seats (level 300).
The only person I know that got floor tickets got them from an employee of the venue. I guess they were all given tickets.
We were all on the morning they went on general sale - I had 2 computers going and was already logged into Ticketmaster an hour prior to avoid the rush.
One mom had 10 of her husbands employees all on their computers trying to get tickets.
None of us could get tickets. I would try for best available because you will probably only have one shot if you are lucky. I wish you lots and lots of luck

Either way, I got 4th row seats for DD and I to Cleveland!!!!!

And wish me luck!!!
