I am curious ... Two girlfriends at work and I all tried to get tickets to the presale. One searched for floor seats and didn't get anything, the other two searched for best available and did get tickets -- As a matter of fact one of the sets was on the floor. My question is, does it take longer for ticketmaster to search for a specific ticket rather than best available? We were going to try again tomorrow at the general sale and wanted to figure out the best way to use our 3 minutes before they all sell out. She has purchased one single ticket on the floor and really needs two more so that she can be close to both her daughters. How best to do this??:santa:

:goodvibes Good luck with getting tickets. I had the presale code along with about 30 other moms I know and only 2 got tickets the day they went on presale. They didn't even get that great of seats (level 300). :confused3 The only person I know that got floor tickets got them from an employee of the venue. I guess they were all given tickets. We were all on the morning they went on general sale - I had 2 computers going and was already logged into Ticketmaster an hour prior to avoid the rush.:surfweb: One mom had 10 of her husbands employees all on their computers trying to get tickets.:rolleyes1 None of us could get tickets. I would try for best available because you will probably only have one shot if you are lucky. I wish you lots and lots of luck:cheer2:

the only advice I could give would be this...

have a ticketmaster account already created
go with best available
if your party doesn't need to sit together try for sets of 2 rather than 3 or more
be prepared for the scrambled word code
and have as many people logged on to help as possible

other than that...just take the first set that pops up and be grateful to be in the building :)

good luck!!

Here is what I did:

I logged on ticketmaster website before the sale started

I had the code copied ready to paste when asked for it (for the presale)

I had the seating arrangement copied so when tickets would come up, I would know which section it was for.

I had the ticketmaster web page open about 10 minutes before 10am and kept refreshing the page to see when tickets could be bought

About 10am I hit the refresh every few seconds and it finally opened

I quickly bought 2 tickets, used best available and delivered regular mail

I had my cc# on my ticketmaster account and that sped up the purchase portion

I think you will have the best options when buying only two tickets, best available and already logged on the website. Look at some other concerts for sale in that arena and practice where to put a code, selecting tickets etc. This will save a few precious seconds when making your search selection. Can you tell I'm a bit type A????LOL:lmao: Either way, I got 4th row seats for DD and I to Cleveland!!!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Maybe I need to be a little more type A. It certainly paid off for you. Thank you so much for the play by play. I feel much better prepared now, and I think I learned to not press my luck by requesting the floor seats. Did the best avail tickets option bring up the fourth row of the floor?? What a dream! Have a magical time. popcorn::

I also chose best available, and 2 tickets.. came up with the most expensive seats - but we have very good lower level seats closer to the stage.. i am psyched!
Just be careful not to refresh TOO much, i have heard that locks people out too..

I don't know how i lucked out, after reading so many who didn't get tix.. All i know, is about 9:59, i said a prayer, refreshed my page - and seriously, it was my first time refreshing, and it was up.. i was a lil' caught off guard, but acted quickly to push the best available button and paste my code.. i was already logged on and had my cc info in my account.. and before i knew it , i was done and had tix!

Good luck to you!

Saturday morning is finally here...and NJ tickets go on sale....
Just curious if I'm the only one who lost sleep last night over this :lmao:
I tossed and turned all night worrying about getting this darn tickets....I must go to at 10-15 concerts a year and I've never been this nervous about getting tickets.
After all the aniexty this concert has caused IF I am one of the lucky ones to get tickets for my DD.....Miley Cyrus better be on that stage singing LIVE and not lip singing.

Does anyone know the site for the official time? It was in one of these HM threads and dang I should've copied it.

Dah I googled it (don't know why I always forget to do that) its www.time.gov

Just wanted to say good luck to all those trying today!!

this is just nuts, everytime I need tickets I get so nervous as it is (we always end up with decent seats!) Its just so nerve wracking, especially with all the feedback of ppl who have tons trying and end up with nada!
Sending pixie dust to all who need it!!!!:wizard: And wish me luck!!!

So excited...txt for Toronto went on sale today and managed to get 3 in the upper bowl. They were sold out in about 9 minutes. You just have to wonder who was lucky enough to get lower bowl at the regular sale date?
Hope you all did well today!

I managed to get 2 for the Friday Long Island show. Upper level 318 row J...kinda nosebleedy, but I was to afraid to toss them back.

THANKS TO ALL!! We had three people trying this morning for just one set of tickets, following all the tips posted here, and we got them!! Between the three of us only one got through but did get a pretty good pair of tickets on the floor. THANK YOU THANK YOU. I hope that all here had just as good a morning.
