Hannah Montana design?

Can you explain to me how you are putting the picture inside the text? Also what font are you using? Thanks in advance.

I used Gill Sans Ultra Bold for this design. Post #7 in this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1220469
provides a link to the instructions I used for Photoshop. It's really quite simple! Have fun!!
