I posted this question on the Orlando hotel board but on suggestion am reposting it here. We're taking a family vacation next year and will need to have one handicapped room among our group. The family consensus is for a suite hotel, and my Mom is hoping to find one that is not just a king bed and sleep sofa, as it is my brother who is handicapped and he'd get the bed and my parents would get the sleep sofa. (Mom wants a real bed too!) Looking for any and all suggestions! Thanks! :wave2:

I'd suggest renting a two bedroom DVC unit on disney property.
Many members rent points if they are not going to use them all each year.

We are cruising this year so have been trying to rent some of our extras this year. In fact one family is currently there using some of our points!
