Yes! :thumbsup2

I did this recently. I went on the main WDW website and contacted "guest services" via the online method. I ask several questions and requested printed pamphlets. I received a reply in a little less than a week that confirmed requests I had made when reserving,as well as answering questions I had. The respondant also told me she would have the disability booklets mailed. It took about three weeks, but I received one for each of the four parks! :goodvibes

There is a link to the electronic version of the guidebooks in the disABILITIES FAQs thread near the top of this board. The information you are looking for is near the beginning of post 3 of that thread.

There is also a link to the WDW website that kimsuenew mentioned. The link says WDW Main Page and when you go to that page, look for the "Contact Us" link near the bottom.
I think they may have gone to the online method of requesting to automate and speed up the process. In the past, with calling in, it sometimes took months to get the guidebooks in the mail.

I requested them January 2007 and still haven't gotten them, LOL! Guess the CM I talked to on the phone didn't put it through or something.

It is okay, though, as I got one for the first park we went to when we got there (May '07) and it really didn't have all that much helpful info. in it. My PassPorter Special Needs (now "Open Mouse") book was MUCH more helpful. (For SD potty spots, I color photocopied the color map from the original PassPorter book [since the special needs one isn't colored], stuck stickers in each potty spot, and laminated the map. Not only were these maps so much easier to use in the parks than the folding ones they give you, but I only had to glance at where each potty spot was/if we were near one! I highly recommend doing that!)

I would contact them via online and ask for a set. After I did that, it did take about a week for a email response and in my response, she stated they would be mailed out. It took another three weeks for them to actually arrived, these four small pamphlets arrived in this huge Disney envelope! :goodvibes They are nice to have, the info is in a portable, condensed form. Not only will I use these when planning, but I will take them to the parks with me! The only WDW park that gave me one last year, was 2/3 days I rented an EVC at MK there was one in the basket, first thing in the AM the third day there was not). At the other three parks, even though I rented, I was not given a pamphlet. :confused3

Thanks, but I don't need them. Once I saw the one we got at our first park last year, I saw how little info. was in it and never used it. I get much more and better info. from the PassPorter books and the map I made from them.
